Q&A FOR RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

Q.

  • Maaari ba akong mag Avail ng Pag-Ibig Housing Loan kahit di ako member ng Pag-Ibig?

A.

  • OPO! MEMBER o NON-MEMBER ng PAG-IBIG ay maaaring mag avail the PAG IBIG housing loan. Para po sa mga hindi miyembro, magbayad lamang po ng 2-year membership fee equivalent to P8,750.00 o maaari po kayong makipag ugnayan sa pinakamalapit na Pag-Ibig Office sa inyong lugar para sa karagdagang kaalaman.

Q.

  • Magkano ba ang Dapat kong bayaran para makalipat agad?

A.

  • Pwede na po kayong makalipat kapag nabayaran ninyo na po ang equity ( reservation is P20,000.00 then , 20% of the Total Contract Price) at,

kapag ang loan ninyo ay na approved na:

step 1: Pumili ng package at lugar(Block and Lot number)

step 2: mag fill up ng Buyers Information Sheet

step 3: Magbayad ng reservation fee na P20,000.00

  • Kapag nakapag pa reserve na po kayo, bibigyan po namin kayo ng (30) araw para sa inyong unang Monthly Downpayment (20% of the Total Contract Price na hinati sa 12 buwan) o kung gusto po ninyo na mas maagang magawa ang inyong bahay.
  • Para po sa ating ikakadali ng pag apply ng ating Housing Loans,. Habang nag huhulog pa tayo para sa ating Bahay at Lupa,, sa panahon ng downpayment scheme,.Kumpletuhin po natin ang ilan sa mga imporatanteng requirements.

IN-HOUSE FINANCING

  • Birth Certificate ( if Single)
  • Marriage Contract (if Married)
  • Pictures (3pcs 1x1 , 2pcs 2x2)
  • Residence Certificate / Cedula
  • Proof of Billing
  • xerox Valid ID
Note: Valid ID are
1. Company ID
2. Driver's License ID
3. Passport
4. SSS / GSIS Laminated ID
5. Senior Citizens ID
6. Voter's ID
7. Postal ID
8. Latest NBI Clearance



Para sa OFW's

Dalhin lamang ang mga sumusunod


1. Certificate of employment
2. Photocopy of passport
3. Special Power of Attorney
(for relative's authorization)
4. Pay slip for the last 3 months
5. Company ID of OFW
6. 2 pcs 2x2 picture
7. ID of Attorney-in-Fact (SPA)/ relative

  • Can I purchase a property even if I'm abroad?

Yes! You have the option to issue a special power of attorney to any individual whom you've authorized to transact with us in your behalf. A Developer can make arrangements to send through courier, any of the sales documents that you need to evaluate and sign. However, you will be responsible to send back the signed documents for processing

PAG-IBIG FINANCING

  • Birth Certificate (if single)
  • Marriage Contract ( if married)
  • Pictures
    3pcs 1x1 / 2pcs 2x2
  • Residence Certificate / Cedula
  • xerox Valid ID or xerox TIN ID
  • at least 24 mo Pag-ibig member(MSVS)
  • Pag-ibig Contribution (ESAV)
  • Certificate of Employment and compensation
  • 2 months (recent) Payslip
  • Latest Income Tax Return(ITR) w/holding Tax
  • Latest Service Record (for gorv't employee)
  • Job Contact with VISA or Passport (for OCW)
  • Proof of Billing
    Note: (if your name not appear in the billing address, get an authorization letter that allowed you to use the person name appear in the billing address)
